Prepayment and Security Deposit / Cancellation of reservation

For any request to modify one or more of the terms described below and / or in the reservation confirmation email, Riad Essaâda reserves the right to refuse these modifications, or to cancel all or part of the stay .

Prepayment / Security Deposit

Reservations can only be guaranteed for rooms that are pre-paid in full or reserved with a deposit (deposit) paid through the reservation system of Riad Essaâda

Cancellation

• More than 7 days before arrival: Full refund of the prepayment or security deposit

• Less than 7 days before arrival: security deposit or full payment refunded deducted of € 15

• Less than 3 days before arrival: security deposit or full payment refunded deducted of 25 €

• Less than 1 day before arrival: The first night will be charged in full

• "No show" and early departure: Unless otherwise agreed in writing with the management of Riad Essaâda, the security deposit of the reservation will be fully retained and the total amount of the stay will be invoiced

2. Cancellation procedure

• Cancellation can be made directly on this website, by the person who made the reservation. The reimbursement of any amounts due will be made through the same channel as that used for the payment

• Cancellation can also be requested via the contact page. The request will be considered with the best possible attention

3. Delay, non-presentation

• Any delay greater than 6 hours compared to the scheduled time of arrival, may result in the cancellation of the room unless agreed with the management

• In the event of a no-show on the date of the start of the stay, Riad Essaâda reserves the right to cancel all or part of the reservation
